More than just "some party."

Wait, actually...no, "some party" pretty much hits the nail on the head here. There is no crazy magic or special effects going on behind the scenes. It's just a bunch of furries who want to have an assload of fun and pizza.

The "New Year's Furry Ball" is the horrifying result of what was once "RoomCon," a small New Year's party hosted by Chrono Coon at his old place in Maryland. Plans for another party fell into the hands of Tigra, who kicked them over to LupineFox, and voila! NYFB 2007 lit the skies of Pennsylvania.

Since then, NYFB has exploded into an enormous event even bigger than the second coming of Jesus. (Or at least more frequent, anyway.) With the help of all of our friends this coming New Year's is going to be the most spectacular yet!
